A calibration assessment is about building your ability to identify specific, ACDC behaviours within a coaching conversation. Your ability to identify these behaviours will allow you to predict the impact of your own coaching conversations.
This module has a coaching conversation example for each of the four phases. Listen to each one and assess which behaviours you hear the coach demonstrating. You can listen and attempt this activity as many times as you like. You can also review the questions after one attempt.

To get to the GIST of what you need to learn and practice, actively reflecting on your progress is critical and has been proven to increase speed to competence.
Each month, you’ll need to record and assess an ACDC conversation you have with one of your team members. Every time you complete and submit a self-assessment, it will contribute to the progress graphs in your dashboard. There are instructions in your dashboard that will help you interpret your results.
